Every account below is pre-invited in the system. The first time you use one, open sign in, choose Create account, and register with the email exactly as written. The invitation is matched automatically, so the correct role — and for players and parents the correct athlete — is attached on first sign-in.

Can record attendance, log observations, and read player development plans.
Should not see:
Program settings changes are reserved for the head coach.

Player

Navigation:
Home, Passport, My Plan, Schedule, Reflect
Should be able to:
Sees only her own passport, goals, reflections, and check-ins.
Should not see:
No roster list, no attendance tool, no other athlete's data.

Parent / Guardian

Navigation:
Home, Schedule, News, Forms, Parent Center
Should be able to:
Sees only her linked athlete's summary, plus schedule, announcements, and forms.
Should not see:
No coach-only observations, no other family's information.
